Risk to Biodiversity of the Larrimah Area, 2021

This polygon spatial dataset describes the Risk to Biodiversity in the Larrimah Area, Northern Territory. The biodiversity study area covers approximately 48,600 ha located near the Larrimah Township. To support future planning and management in Larrimah, the data and report provides a desktop assessment of the current knowledge of biodiversity values within the study area. Biodiversity values data are compiled into five possible Risk to Biodiversity classes and also highlight areas of vegetation significance and the location of Groundwater Dependent Ecosystems.

This information is part of the Mapping the Future Project of the Larrimah Area. This project has identified land capability, water availability and biodiversity values to support land planning and inform development potential over the Wadeye area.
