Land Units Umbeara Station

This dataset documents the land resources of Umbeara Station, occupying an area of 3,600sq km, 200km south of Alice Springs. The land resource survey was undertaken in 2002 at a scale of 1:100,000. Fifty three land units have been identified and mapped on the station for the purpose of assisting with land management decision-making on the property. Each land unit is provided with a detailed description in terms of its landform, soil and vegetation characteristics and includes the pastoral land management implications of these attributes.
