NT Melaleuca Survey, scale 100k

This is a high resolution survey (1:100,000 scale spatial dataset) describing mapped vegetation units of Melaleuca forest communities in the Northern Territory. The mapped information describes floristic and environmental data. Survey mapping features were derived from RS Imagery and Aerial Photography. The line-work (circa 2000) from this vegetation survey and the attributes from the relevant publications have been translated into the NVIS vegetation attribute framework Version 5.0 (NLWRA 2000). A copy of these data is maintained in Canberra by the Bureau of Rural Sciences on behalf of the National Land and Water Resources Audit.
