Land Units 17 Mile Plain, Melville Island

This spatial dataset provides polygon information on the map unit boundaries of the Seventeen Mile Plain, Melville Island, Northern Territory. The survey was conducted at a scale of 1:50,000 and covers and area of approximately 210km2 on the western side of Melville Island. Core attributes for land unit polygons were added in September, 2013. These attributes describe the dominant landform, soil and vegetation for each map unit.
