Land Units Borroloola Township

This polygon spatial dataset provides information on the land unit boundaries of the Borroloola Township, Northern Territory and describes dominant landform, soils and vegetation. The survey area of 200 km2 is located approximately 470 km east of south east of Katherine on the Carpentaria Highway. The original field survey was undertaken in 1974 at a mapping scale of 1:16,000. Core attributes describing the land units, as defined by this department, were added to the spatial dataset in October 2014.
