Land Units of Croker Island, NT

This polygon spatial dataset provides information on the land unit boundaries of Croker Island, Northern Territory and describes dominant landform, soils and vegetation. The survey area of 323 km2 is located approximately 230 km north-east of Darwin, and is surrounded by the Arafura Sea. The original field survey was undertaken in 1973 at a mapping scale of 1:50,000. Core attributes describing the land units, as defined by this department, were added to the spatial dataset in July 2021.
