Land Units of the Hale Plain on the Garden Station

This polygon spatial dataset provides information on the land unit boundaries of the Hale Plain Area on The Garden Station (NT Portion 662), Northern Territory, and describes dominant landform, soils and vegetation. The survey area of 220 km2 is located approximately 75 km north east of Alice Springs. The original field survey was undertaken in 1973 at a mapping scale of 1:50,000. Core attributes describing the land units, as defined by this department, were added to the spatial dataset in March 2015.
