Land Units Pine Creek Township

This dataset provides polygon information on the map unit boundaries of the Pine Creek Township Area, Northern Territory. The main purpose of this survey is for general resource inventory, evaluation for urban uses and evaluation for land use planning. Data collected were soil properties, geomorphology and vegetation. Fieldwork for the survey area of 9.38 km2 was originally undertaken in 1977. Core attributes describing the land units, as defined by this department, were added to the spatial dataset in December 2009.
