Land Units Watarrka National Park

This polygon spatial dataset provides information on the land unit boundaries of Watarrka National Park, Northern Territory and describes dominant landform, soils and vegetation. The survey area of 1062 km2 is located approximately 240km south-west of Alice Springs on the Ernest Giles Road. The original field survey was undertaken in 1994 at a mapping scale of 1:50,000. Core attributes describing the land units, as defined by this department, were added to the spatial dataset in November 2015.
