Northern Territory Springs

The dataset is a Northern Territory wide compilation of springs, recorded at various times and by various workers. Springs are places where groundwater discharges to the surface. They are mostly natural but several man-made features are also included here. They are classified into nine types related mainly to their geometry. A selection of key attributes of the springs is also contained in the dataset.
