Weed Zones

This is a polygon spatial dataset displaying Weed Zones for weed species that have a declared class A or B zone that is not the entire Northern Territory or has a declared statutory weed management plan. Weed management zones are described as Class A, plants to be managed to eradication (eradication zone), and Class B, growth and spread to be contained (management zone). Both Class A and B are also described as Class C, not to be introduced to the NT.Information is provided for general guidance only. Map users should refer to the Gazette notice for the formal definitions of the zones. Weed species included in this dataset are athel pine, bellyache bush, brazillian pepper, chinee apple, dalbergia, gamba grass, grader grass, mesquite, mimosa, neem, prickly acacia, rubber bush and siam weed.
